Michele McCain has more than 14 years of representing clients with issues concerning oil and gas, real estate, forestry, wills and estates and business matters, with specific experience in disputes arising from title, easements, access, water, eminent domain and environmental issues. A well-established businesswoman in Mississippi, she has earned many accolades throughout her career, including: Mid-South Lawyer’s Rising Stars® Award for Energy/Natural Resources and Real Estate; Top 10 Up-and-Coming Attorneys, Portico Magazine, 2012; and Top 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi, Mississippi Business Journal, 2010. She has been a long standing member of the Mississippi Oil and Gas Lawyer’s Association, where she served as the group’s first female President and continues to serve on its Board of Directors.
Michele is a graduate of Delta State University and Mississippi College School of Law. She is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Mississippi, as well as the U. S. Court of Appeals and the U. S. Supreme Court.

Bernard Booth IV has practiced law for over 15 years, specializing in oil and gas law and estate work. Bernard was a partner at a large regional firm before becoming General Counsel for an oil and gas company located in Jackson, Mississippi. Bernard’s daily practice includes advice on all facets of oil and gas law from title work to litigation and pipeline operations and compliance. He also practices corporate law and estate probate and planning. Prior to entering the private practice of law, Bernard served as an attorney in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the U.S. Navy. Bernard earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
Bernard has been admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Martin joins MBM after 7 years with a large regional firm, working in both Mississippi and Louisiana. Lizzie regularly advises both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of real estate law, oil and gas exploration and production, acquisitions, contracts, title disputes, and general litigation. She has significant experience handling real property litigation involving seismic exploration. Today, her daily practice consists of real estate, property and healthcare-related legal services. She has previously served on the board of the Mississippi Oil and Gas Lawyers Association.
Lizzie received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2008 and is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
